簡(jiǎn)要規則描述：本次維修工程計劃對游泳館排水溝、地面、外墻磚砌墻、幕墻等進(jìn)行維修，解決滲漏水問(wèn)題；對室內功能用房地面、照明、隔斷等進(jìn)行拆除、重新安裝，并增加新風(fēng)系統，解決通風(fēng)不良問(wèn)題；將銹蝕的頂棚龍骨除銹刷漆，對損壞嚴重的頂板進(jìn)行更新；將幕墻玻璃老化的膠縫鏟除，重新密封；綜合訓練館與游泳館交界處的伸縮縫保溫層鏟除，重新粉刷，金屬蓋板重新密封；對游泳館二層部分室外地面進(jìn)行重新翻新等（具體數量及要求詳見(jiàn)工程量清單和圖紙）

二、申請人的資格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)滿(mǎn)足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿(mǎn)足的資格要求：本項目為預留份額的采購項目，預留份額措施為整體預留(專(zhuān)門(mén)面向中小企業(yè))
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:?This project is a procurement project with reserved shares, and the reserved shares are reserved as a whole (specially for small and medium-sized enterprises)
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為采購項目提供整體設計、規范編制或者項目管理、監理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動(dòng)。
（4）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)。
（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內）。
（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
