簡(jiǎn)要規則描述：為了弘揚中華民族尊老愛(ài)老的傳統美德，切實(shí)保障合慶鎮老年人的身體健康，合慶鎮特實(shí)施60歲以上老年人健康體檢工作，2025年參加體檢人數約為1.5萬(wàn)人。體檢項目包括：一般檢查、內科、視力、肝功、血尿液常規檢查、腎功、糖脂代謝、鈣測定、癌胚抗原、腹部黑白超、胸片、心電圖、男性前列腺，出具個(gè)人體檢報告，并提供早餐等。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購需求書(shū)）
Brief Specification Description:?In order to carry forward the traditional virtues of respecting and loving the elderly of the Chinese nation and effectively protect the health of the elderly in Heqing Town, Heqing Town has implemented a health examination for the elderly over 60 years old, and the number of participants in the physical examination in 2025 will be about 15,000. Physical examination items include: general examination, internal medicine, vision, liver function, blood and urine routine examination, kidney function, glucose and lipid metabolism, calcium determination, carcinoembryonic antigen, abdominal black and white ultrasound, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, male prostate, personal physical examination report, and breakfast. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限：2025年12月31日之前完成老年人體檢工作。

二、申請人的資格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)滿(mǎn)足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿(mǎn)足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目專(zhuān)門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:?(1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the price discount is not implemented for small and medium-sized enterprise products during the review. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動(dòng)）；
（4）須具有衛生行政部門(mén)核發(fā)的《醫療機構執業(yè)許可證》；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?(3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names);
(4) Must have the "Medical Institution Practice License" issued by the health administrative department;
(5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
